Use your passion and talents for engineering so unreached people and nations can hear the gospel through radio and other media means

David and Linda are preparing to leave for Eswatini. This small kingdom lies in the south of the African continent, wedged between South Africa and Mozambique. From here, Trans World Radio, with three strong shortwave transmitters and a medium wave transmitter, reaches deep into this beloved continent, reaching the people of Africa with the promises of hope and salvation found in Christ Jesus.

David, along with the TWR team, will be responsible for the maintenance of the transmitters, towers, buildings and support equipment at the transmitter location in Eswatini and possibly some other TWR locations in the continent of Africa. Linda will be in Eswatini to see how she can partially support David’s work at- and with TWR also from her role with gifts and talents. In addition, she will also look locally at what opportunities there are within and outside TWR.

“That is why I remind you to fan into flame the gracious gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands”

2 Timothy 1:6 AMP

David and Linda depend on partners who support their work, and are seeking prayer partners as well as people who are willing to support them financially. Are you enthusiastic about the work of TWR in which David may use his engineering talents and skills? Then sign up as a partner through the giving options on their support page.

Short Term Mission Trip 2023

In the summer of 2023, Linda and David went on a Short Term Mission trip with Trans World Radio to Africa. During this mission trip, they explored and received confirmation that this is the place God has in mind for them to serve for an extended period of time. During this Short Term, they visited transmitter sites in West Africa and eSwatini.

David helped with the technical maintenance of the facility installations at both locations with his technical knowledge and experiences, Linda explored and experienced where she could put her love, knowledge and experiences to use.

During our trip, we shared our experiences and photos daily. Our diary can be read back on our telegram channel: David en Linda – Telegram.
